Process

We use fresh produces, fresh chillies all sauces are handmade from scratch, from basil, to ginger and sea salt. The jars are sterilised by boiling the jars with hot water for 30 minutes.

Substitution Policy

At jeanchillisauces products are made fresh after order each bath will take at least 2 days to make and one day to be shipped. In the unlikely event of any supply difficulties, we reserve the right to substitute with a product of equivalent or higher value and quality without any form of notice.
jeanchillisauces reserves the right to reject any order without giving any reasons if the demand from the customer is subject to especial demand. In the event of rejection, we will refund or cancel any payment received via the payment method used to place an order.
In the event that we are unable to meet your order the product to you, we shall notify by email or telephone you as soon as possible and refund your payment in full no later than 30 days after the intended delivery date.

Small Human Errors with Orders

From time to time there are possibilities of human error, for example, we may send the sauces but one jar is not wrapped accordingly. In such circumstances, we will do our best to make the situation right for the customer. We may at our discretion, offer you a partial refund or a discount on a future order. We will do our best to do what we would consider an appropriate resolution at the time.

Damage and Refunds

On the rare occasion that an order arrives to you damaged to arrive due to a delivery issue, please contact us immediately so we can arrange either a resend at the next available delivery date or a full or partial refund.
We cannot offer both a refund and a resend, where orders have been damaged we reserve the right to ask for them to be returned or for photographs as proof clearly showing the problem so we can use them to determine what is going wrong.
It is very important that we are contacted as soon as possible regarding the issue. We need to be informed of any issue within 48 hours of the delivery to give us the best chance to successfully come to a resolution due to the perishable nature of natural ingredients and also the danger of having broken glasses. We will at our discretion consider the issue raised after the 48 hours deadline but we do reserve the right to refuse the option of refunding or resending the order.
If we believe that there has been an abuse of this policy we reserve the right not to resend/refund and refuse to take orders from that particular customer in future.
If we make such a decision we will inform the customer in writing of our decision, via email or by letter.
It is important to know that the guarantee does not confirm the right to an automatic 100% refund, but only to a fair resolution.
If an order fails to arrive to you due to a refused delivery, or a failed delivery due to the incorrect address details being given by the customer at the time of ordering our damage and refunds policy will not cover this as it is beyond our control.

Cancel your order

If you want to cancel your order, you can do so by contacting us via email at nono25_12@yahoo.co.uk or calling us on +44 (0) 7910917114. Orders can be cancelled up to 48 hours before the intended delivery date. Please Note once the order is assigned to production, we are unable to cancel the order. In the event of cancellation, we (jeanschillisauces) will refund or cancel any payment received via the payment method used to place an order.
For peak season, Christmas and Easter at jeanschillisauces need to be informed at least 72 hours before the making of the chilli sauces and the dispatch date.
